As we prepare to get back to the new normal we will be open and operating with reduced hours

Full and updated opening hours can be found on our website

We will be operating with a reduced menu for now going back to our roots where we started as an icecream farm – We hope you’ll agree the simplified menu will enable us to do what we do best and that’s super fresh posh ice cream!

Full details of our new menu can be found on our website

We have removed all of our crockery and we will be using single use cups and tubs and cutlery etc

So right now it’s all about bringing you our fab fresh ice cream as safely as possible

We feel the safest way to do this for the moment is the café area will be closed to dine in for now -this is in line with government guidelines of customers not being inside the premises for more that 15 mins ( this also helps eliminate the need to take contact details from a member of each party who visits us ) so you have more time to relax and enjoy your experience in our fab and spacious outdoor seating area

We will be operating with a one way queue system at 1 metre apart through the front door up to the ice cream counter and out through the back door to our outside seating area – spacings will be clearly marked and we would ask that while you are at the farm that you adhere to social distancing at all times

We are so lucky to have so much space so we have been able to socially distance all of our outside seating

We also ask that if you or any member of your party have had or are experiencing any symptoms of COVID 19 that you do not enter the premises and put other guests and the team at risk

For the safety of our little customers we have removed all of our toys and swings as it would be simply impossible to keep these toys sanitized between guests

We have placed hand sanitizer at both the entrance and the exit to the parlour so please make sure you sanitize your hands on arrival and leaving the ice cream parlour

Each member of our team will have their temperature checked before each shift and they will be wearing a face covering – each member of staff had been trained in the correct health and hygiene procedures to manage both your and their safety.

Please be kind to our lovely staff as we hope to make your visit as safe and as comfortable as possible – things might take a little longer than usual but please bear with us while we all get used to the new procedures that we have in place

We are so glad to be welcoming you back to the farm and hope you like our new fresh feel to the parlour and love it as much as we do!
