As our Products contain fresh and perishable food, you are not entitled to the “normal” right to return goods within 14 days after the day you pick them up, simply if you change your mind. This is because the product is likely to have a best before date within only a few days of collection of the Products.
You have the right to cancel an order if you notify us before 11am on the day of collection on 01565 723813.

All our Products are labelled to show any allergen advice, but please note that our Products may contain allergens including cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, barley and oats), eggs, peanuts, soybeans, milk, lactose, nuts, celery, crustaceans, mustard, lupin, sesame, molluscs, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.
