We are very proud to say that we make and pasteurise all of our posh ice cream here on site at the farm using our own milk from our herd of Holstein Friesian cows –They are certainly the super models of the cow world ! They have also won the odd rosette or two !

Making our ice cream here gives us lots of scope to change our flavours at any time – and we have been known to do this on a daily basis – we are regularly inspired by cocktails or cakes and think mmm yes this would be a fab ice cream flavour!

All of our cakes and bakes are created and made here at the farm – look out for our favourite biscoff rocky road – perfect with a locally supplied coffee.

Following Covid 19 we simplified our menu to bring you what we do best and that’s super fresh posh ice cream – we no longer offer savoury food at the farm – just waffles, sundaes, milkshakes, teas, coffees, cakes and scoops of pure deliciousness !

We love to source locally in and around Cheshire – we are very lucky have access to so many growers and producers who supply some truly wonderful products and ingredients to us.
